i have recently changed my address ,and since then i cant make any payments to my credit account ,the money comes staight back to my bank , i have been to bank and they have told me everything on there side is fine ,i have emailed paypal but wont get any replies ,i have updatedmy details in my credit account and linked my debit card and bank account which have been confirmed by paypal but every time i try to make a payment it keeps telling me to link bank account , when i go through the same process it then tells me these details and bank acoount are already linked to my account , now i have a fine for a late payment , any one know whati can do as its driving me mad ,
