I sold an item to a customer for $18. I told her I was moving and would be able to send her package on the weekend. Two days later (today) she files a charge back for $58. I never got $58 dollars from her only $18. Paypal said "The buyer has filed a chargeback with his or her credit card company stating that the buyer did not authorize the payment." Is there anything I can do besides calling paypal (I will tomorrow morning because it is late at night right now.) Do i just wait? Any advice? Why is she able to file a chargeback for more than she even payed?

Hi Dgonzales,
That doesn't sound right. I recommend that you reach out to us directly by clicking on the 'contact us' link at the bottom of any PayPal page or on Twitter or Facebook for additional assistance regarding this chargeback case.
