When logged onto your account, click the "Make a Payment" link under Paypal Credit.  It will give you the option to "Link a Bank" or "Want to mail a check instead?"  It will show the address:

Atlanta, GA 30348-5658

Be sure to click the link "your statement" to get your account number.  You'll need to include this.
