I sold a dresser the guy put 2000 on my pay pal, pay pal is holding it till I go to western union with my own 650$ to the shipper and once I verify I paid western union my money will be released. How to I scan or prove a western union receipt to pay pal? I have NEVER done pay pay. Very confused and discouraged.

Please don't send any money via Western Union - PayPal will never ask you to send money via another payment processor in order to claim your payment.  Whenever anyone sends you a payment with PayPal, you will always be able to see your payment in your Pending or Available balance right after logging in.  Regrettably, the situation you're in sounds very similar to the incidents reported in this thread.  You may also find this thread helpful.
