a seller is telling that their paypal account was hacked and the want me to use paypal my cash cards. how would this change the way they recieve their payment?
It sounds like they're telling you that they want you to load money onto a PayPal cash card as opposed to using one to make your purchase, and it sounds like the type of seller I would avoid, personally.
