I have an online company where I sell educational videos for viewing only they cant be dowloaded and there is no shipping of any products. I have customers from all over the world,one customer told me today, tha he has a us credit card but a nigerian address and pay pal tells him that there is no shipping from the us to his country and therefore he cant place his order. How do i fix that?
When one makes a purchase, PayPal expects delivery; therefore, purchase is blocked because of country location. This would mean that you can't sell to Nigeria.
If you need further clarification, just phone PayPal customer service and ask.
