my paypal balance

I have just checked my paypal balanced and it looks like not all received payments have been added to it. I should have £60.99 and my balance shows only 57.29 £ as if the refund of £3.70 from eBay has not been added to the balance. I am sorry if my adding is poor and my mistake is mine however unless I had to pay some extra fees I do not understand. Could you please clarify this for me, and apologies if my math is wrong. Thank you

Hello,

I read this on another post and thought it might help you.

Log in to your PayPal account, click on the "Classic Site" link (bottom of page) and then click on the "All activity (with balance)" option. This will show your running PayPal account balance (in the right hand column) after each transaction and should make it easier for you to see how you arrived at your current PayPal account balance.

Change the date range to cover whatever period is appropriate. Be sure you have the correct date range entered... this may take two tries because sometimes the selected date range reverts back to the previous setting. You can view all activity since you opened your PayPal account.
 

This way you can check if you did recieve that payment or not.

I am really grateful for your help. I followed your instructions and indeed I could see all the transactions and why the sum on Paypal was lower than what I calculated. This was extremely helpful.
