money sent via email does not transfer

Hi!

I have received the email notifying that the money is waiting for me to claim to my paypal account. After I click the link it asks me to log in. After I do so, I am in the paypal site; however no funds deposit. I have tried this many times on different browsers and had the sender ever cancel the order and resend it. Is there a known fix?

Did you try to log into your PayPal account directly and check your transactions?

Were you expecing funds to be sent?

Yes sadly no funds are being transfered. I have been expecting this deposit; however it seems like the site is not alowing it to be claimed
