i cant add a debit card in my limited account

hi. my account is limited 180 days ago. now i can withdraw funds but i lost my debit card and i cant add a new card in my account to withdraw my funds. help me please

You can't withdraw to a card in the US anyway, only to a linked bank account.

HOWEVER you have the option to ask them to post you a check.
