A PayPal payment cannot have more than one type assigned to it. The payment would need to be split into multiple payments. One personal and one purchase. Please keep in mind that split and personal payments are not eligible for PayPal Purchase Protection so if these funds are being sent to purchase goods, you may want to send all of it as a purchase.
