I just checked my bank account today and I just saw that there was a "fee" for 25.00. "FEN SONG-IAT PAYPAL" today. february 29th 2016. it doesn't show up in paypal. any help?
I also found again today that they charged another 2.75 dollar charge, no fee this time
If it looks like fraud, I think an urgent phone call to PayPal customer service would be recommended.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
