failing to transfer money

I tried to withdraw some money from pay pal to my bank account, I waited a few days then got an email saying it had failed because there was insufficient funds in my bank account. I don't understand why it hasn't transfered. thanks

What are the details in the PayPal transaction details?

Have you been successful previously for withdrawing to the same bank account?

it just said failed and no it was my first time doing it

Probalby best to call PayPal customer service and talk to an agent.
