error in buy button

Hi,

When customer clicks on paypal payment link, he gets the following error

ERROR DETECTED

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

Not able to figure out the problem. Please help

You need to go back into the button code and make sure there is no typo in the price and that it is correctly formatted, like correct currency sign. For example, $12.99 as opposed to 12,00.  You can go to seller preferences and click manage buttons to edit your button.
