can't use credit card

Since I email paypal trying to find out why it wont work a MONTH ago guess the in 24 hours was really years? I'll try here.

I've added a card to my account BUT it wont let me use it as an opption for payment I can still only use echecks.

What kind of card?   Prepaid, regular credit, does it have either a Visa or MC logo?

It's a visa credit card.

And paypal say's teh card has been added I can see it in on the wallet page and it has enogh room for charge's when I go to make payment's.

Sigh wonder if they still have a phone number or will I be on hold for a month like waiting for that "in 24 hour" email I sent last month
