Wrong Payment Selection

I needed funds quick for an emergency so a family member transferred over.....My problem is she hit the "goods" payment selection and now its for nothing since I won't see it for just over a week, plus bank transfer, so almost two weeks. Can it be changed?

If so, she is the only one who cand make the change.  She will need to phone PayPal customer service for help.
