Worried about a dispute

Hello
In February 2016 i purchased two tickets for an event this Saturday (04/06/2016) however the ticket company, me or paypal cannot get in touch with the seller.
The seller has until today (waited the whole 9-10 days for a response) to respond, however i'm unsure whether the claim will go in my favour and how soon paypal would refund me if the claim went in my favour.
The tickets are for my partners 21st birthday and obviously i dont want to let him down, should i purchase some more tickets now (2 days before event) or wait until i have recieved a refund from paypal?
I've been so stressed and worried over the whole situation, can someone please advise?

If you haven't already, make sure you escalate the dispute to a claim. Make sure you provide PayPal with all requested information.
Were the tickets to be mailed? If so, was there a tracking number?
