Windows 10?

Since upgrading to Windows 10 I am having problems accessing Payment sites, paypal my bank Tec, is anyone having the same problems? It's so frustrating and inconvenient. Can anyone help

I didn't upgrade, but i bought a new laptop with Windows 10 and have had no problems.

Upgrading is never as good as a clean instal.

I would suggest asking on a Windows 10 help forum.
