Will my payment work?

I recently made a paymen.

The payment is marked as completed and money has been taken from my account.

Paypal sent me an email saying...

To send your payment, get Verified or link a card.

Will my money come back to me?

Will my payment not send? Did it not send?

They payment is marked as completed.

I am very confused.

Sounds like your account is not verified.  This means that there are limit restrictions on your account for sending and receiving funds.  From what you posted, the payment you made was completed OK.  PayPal wants you to verify your Account.  Sometimes their messages can be a bit confusing.
