I bought an item from a seller. He refunded my money, because he said he disposed of the item I bought. No big deal. Well after he refunded, paypal put my money on hold. Why??????
Status "Held" means that PayPal is reviewing the transaction and the payment may be reversed. You should check the Resolution Center for more information. As there can be various reasons, PayPal's automated security system was alerted to either something related to the seller's account and/or yours. As no one here has access to view account history we really can't say. Only customer support would be able to offer further assistance.
