Why does Paypal rarely reply my messages?

Hi there,

Over 2 weeks ago, I've tried making an international payment via Paypal account, but my payment has been declined many times. I've contacted Paypal but I'm tired of waiting their response. Specifically, I've sent around 10 messages to them over last 2 weeks but only get just ONE response (1 week ago). They said everything (my account) is ok and I should try again (They aslo sent me a sorry with a gift). From then, nothing happens, no one contacts, my problem remains unsolved (I've tried again).

Honestly, I feel very disappointed of the service. Maybe their system is expericencing an issue but why does they keep saying "One of our representatives will be responding to you within 24 hours". They should contact me other way insteads. 

So you guys know how to get attention from Paypal. I'ld appreciate your supports.

Either call or try Facebook or Twitter via private message or ask a question in one of their posts.

Note that if your figures are accurate and not rounded or exaggerated, you probably need to be more patient too. In most cases you should probably wait at least 3 days before expecting a response. Definitely expecting you must receive a response in under 48 hours/2 days is being too optimistic. So if you've sent 10 messages in 14 days, you're really expecting a response way too fast. Yes it sucks, but that's what big companies are like and the fact you're posting here suggests you're small fry to PayPal.
