Whole GoogleSearch is full of answers but not for me. To much for me to read them all.
Situation: I do have enough money on my credit card, I do have Verified account, I've installed GoogleChrome and tried to pay, I've call my bank to see that everything is ok with a card, I have sent question to PayPal support,...
I really don't have more patience for that.

Here we are! PayPal support doesn't know why I'm blocked but I'm still blocked.

Thank You for replay although did not very helpful…
I assure You that I'm the owner of the account, that card number is correct, verified by the bank today and that card has enough money to do this transaction (###Euro). I'm completly agree that ### Euro transact from my account to the account XXX. I approved transaction many times today but your fancy algorithm blocked me every single time.
I tried all of your suggestions but they didn't work. You are not able to explain me why your security system block this transaction.
So, I must conclude that you are blocking completly legal transaction and that you don't know why.
Please, send my message to your superior or technical departmet who has better view and tell them that your valuable customer is blocked and can't do completly legal transaction. In ICT that is higher-then-normal level of risk for company future!
I will try in the morning to do transaction one more time and if it will be still blocked I must say that I dont have any reason using your service in the future.
