Unable to recieve money

My sender gets the error "The recipient only accepts payments through their website" What website are they talking about. I tries solutions found on the net, going to My profile>>Payment Set tools, but I cannot find the option of payment set tools, can anybody screenshot me a solution? Please I urgently need to recieve money. Thank you

Well if you post on the US forum its pretty important to actually state you are not in the US and the country you are in if you want accurate advice.

You cannot RECEIVE paypal payments in your country, you can only SEND them.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
