I'm sure plenty of people on here are aware of the changes that the IRS made sometime last year, raising the information needed for Paypal to assist in conducting business.
In short, I can no longer add money to my PayPal via my bank. What I am wondering is if I need to go through all the verification processes to add it with the MoneyPak. I don't use Paypal often, but I'm in a situation where PayPal would be (or have been) the easiest way. So I'm wondering if this MoneyPak is simple, or if I have to provide a ton of personal information for it as well.
