I am trying to make a purchase and when I go to pay it says, "add a new debit or credit card". I went to my paypal account and my account I use for purchases is listed there. Can anyone help? Thanks.
If you're trying to pay for an eBay item which has the "Immediate Payment Required" restriction, you will need to have sufficient funds in your PayPal account, or... you will need to have a credit card or debit card linked to your PayPal account.
