I sent 40.48 to my boyfriend's paypal account. Only 30.48 is showing up. I spoke with customer service. Since I did not use a debit or credit card and it was a personal transfer there should be no percentage taken out of the money. She was unable to tell me any more than that. Is there any reason why the amount would show 10 dollars less on his paypal account?
