I purchased an item from Tigerdirect and want to return it. I used paypal obviously. Tigerdirects website says to contact paypal for returns. Paypals website says to contact the seller. I'm not sure how do I go about processing a simple return.
I'm in the same boat. Trying to return a copy of windows 7 that I bought, the cust. service rep on the phone was literally laughing while telling me to call microsoft for my refund at this point i'm just going to contact google through the trusted site email they sent me.
