I have been calling you and mailing you about a payment in the amount of $21.95 that has been pending  since Nov.25th  and was told by the company www.Avenue.com { Direct} that after 72 hrs. it would just drop off of my account. Well,it hasn't dropped off...]  I have contacted www.Avenue.com { Direct}  about this issue and they said they requested to have this matter looked into. There is nothing to look into!!! I paid www.Avenue.com { Direct }TWICE for the same order.Once with Paypal and once with my Visa, since it stated on the order I placed with Paypal that it didn't go through- BUT IT DID!!!   I am tiered of waiting for my refund to be put back on my Paypal account and I think I HAVE WAITED LONG ENOUGH...]  If I don't see my refund back on my account like I was told by Paypal -that it would take 5-7 business days for it to go back on my account. It has now been as of tomorrow 11 business days. I will report this to the BBB and whom ever else I have to report it to,if I don't see it on my account by tomorrow 12/10/12. That's a promise too!!! I also will be cancelling my account with you ( Paypal ) as you have done NOTHING to RESOLVE THIS ISSUE. NOTHING ! !   I do hope I receive a response to this dispute and it gets resolved ASAP by TOMORROW 12/10/12. This is my final try, then I will take it to someone higher......] Faith

Good luck!  I've been emailing and calling Paypal about HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS on hold in my account.  The buyers have received their items, but I have yet to receive my money. It seems that as long as Paypal gets paid, they don't give a damn about sellers.  I hate to break it to them, but we are what keeps Paypal in business and their customers!  Buyers don't pay Paypal fees, sellers do!

I have yet to get an email back (other than those stupid automated messages).

When I spoke to a supervisor at Paypal last week about this, (who was obviously in India), she flat out said "paypal **bleep**...we don't do anything to protect sellers".  This was of course, after she attempted to tell me that Paypal protects sellers by insuring our packages.  Sorry, but this is a service provided by UPS & FedEx, NOT paypal.  Any FedEx/ UPS customer can utilize these benefits without paypal!

I don't know what's going on with this service, but it's definitely gone deteriorated over the past year!

Good luck to you again!
