Just been stung by Terapeak's "free trial" is there any chance I can get my money back once it's been taken by them ?

If you are having billing troubles with Terapeak go to the help centre and "Submit a Ticket" at the bottom of the page. https://support.terapeak.com

Please include your subscription information such as the email that you used to sign up, any pament IDs that you recieved from PayPal, or transaction IDs from your credit card statement as well as the reason for your request.

Our customer success team will use your information to look into your account and see what can be done to help you out.
