System Down?

  Manually entered a usps tracking #, shipped item I sold on ebay, transaction statue shows the tracking number but for 2 days now had auto changed from shipped to canceled.... I change it, it says itll send a message to buyer with new info, with todays date, & shows shipped etc, BUT still has no expected availability of funds, whats going on?

also I just called & it said to TRY again Later due to system issues , and the availability date says try later rather than offering a date available?????  

    FIRST TIME IVE EVER HAD an issue & its truly annoying....
