Someone in my household or from another location apparently sent gifted paypal to someone.

Can I cancel the transaction and determine if it was sent from my computer. I'd like to know if it was someone in my house to punish her and if it was someone from another location I am going to assume my account was hacked and want it credited back. I did not see the option to do that sadly.

File for an unauthorised payment under ''resolve a problem'' in your paypal summary account and go from there.

Very good point from above, change your password AND make sure you don't save it on to your computer OR share it with anyone else.
