It says my pending balance will be available on:undefined. Then it says December 31,1969

Why does it say Undefined then when i go check the date it says december 31,1969. Will I ever get my money?

Glitch.  Pending balance release takes up to 21 days from Payment date. You can get them released sooner by providing tracking number and updating status of transactions to Shipped (goods) or Processed (services) and your buyer marking the transaction to Item Received.  If it doesn't get released in the 21 day time frame, contact PayPal customer service.

Ok but my past 7 ebay sales, I got the money right away without it going to pending though.
