I was trying to buy a new phone through Virgin Mobile and they have the Bill Me Later option through PayPal, so I got approved and at first my credit limit was around $800, so now that im trying to buy myself a new phone, it shows my account at $0? I dont understand. I havent touched the money thats been on my account, so I dont understand why its at 0 because I haven't used it. Help!
