Sent Partial Refund but Buyer Doesn't Have It

I processed a partial refund to a buyer due to some repairs to artwork I sent.  This was on the 28th.  The buyer is very upset that she has not received the refund.  It has been removed from my account (on the 29thJan).  She paid through paypal with her credit card.  Why/how can I prove to her I sent it, and when will she receive it???  I'm sure she thinks I did not send it but I did!!

Hopefully the buyer realizes that the refund will be credited to her credit card, not her PayPal Account Balance.  She needs to either wait for her credit card statement or can check online if she has that capability.  It can take between 1 week and 2 weeks to show, just depends on the card issuer.
