I found a deal on some sports tickets on Craigs List that I would like to buy. Seller is in another state. Seems a little sketchy. How can I tell before I send him money that he is a verified user and if I get scammed that PayPal will cover the loss? In otherwords, anything I can do by paying with PayPal that reduces my risk?
