My cash?

So I just bought a my cash card and put $40 on it. I have verified my account with REAL credentials but it just won't take it. It always says, "Identification failure." I have called paypal many times without success.

may be PAYPAL does not recognise or accept MY CASH card?

Who issues this card and where can you buy it?

Paypal should be able to tell you why it does not work.

If you cant add it to your account,how can I add to mine?

what do you plan to do with the money,buy something using Paypal?
