I am unable to make any payment including payment for an invoise or an instant payment.
When i try to pay for an invoice i get this error al the time
Return to merchant and try a different payment method
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different payment method (if available).
and when i try to make instant payment.. i get error that i should add funs to my paypal account.. While i have enough balance and my account is verified...
I have done many transactions before but i am facing this problem since last week.my account is not limited.
