I am super confused! I am trying to request money from anothe user.
I'm using chrome on windows 10
I go to the paypal request money page

I enter their email and an amount, then it takes me to this page

What the heck, it says I'm requesting money, then it says I'll pay $65.73 and friend at gmail.com will get $65.73. But the button at the bottom says "Request Money"
Am I not seeing this correctly? Will I have to create an invoice and pay a fee?
