Refusal to process a refund.

I am due a refund. It was processed by the other party, but the visa card will not process it. It is a prepaid visa.

Now, they blocked the visa account, and my money is in limbo.

If it fails to transfer to a card then it "should" bounce back to your paypal account balance BUT may take up to 30 days to do so.

If it gets to 30 days contact customer services to put a trace on it.
