I refunded Belinda *removed* Ebay Name Gar-Field_28 who open a case for a refund Between 1-10-14 & 1-13-14 for a broken item she brought from me for $35. I refunded her the $35 between 1/13/14. I informed her I refunded her from Paypal & that she can close the case. she did not close the case & Ebay took out another $35 on 1/17/14 basically taking out 2 refunds the one gave her from paypal & the one it took out manually & the case closed it self. I want my $35 back. I need a walk through how to set up a case for this?
im very **bleep** becouse it put me in a overdraft.
Note: i have contacted her about this & im sure she wont do anything about it & keep my money.
