I Got Charged $ 8.49 For A $ 59.99 Free Shipping Purchase Which I Already Paid. On 5/7/13 I See It Says I Got A $ 8.49 Refund. Question Is Where Is It? I See My Balance And Cl Are The Same. Shouldn't The Refund Appear On My Balance Being That I Paid Already? Please Help.

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c.

I Paid My Finish Line Purchase With My PayPal Card Which Was $ 68.49 When It Was Supposed To Be $ 59.99. Then I Paid My PayPal Bill $ 68.49. Now I See I Got A Refund Of $ 8.49 But I Don't See It. My PayPal Account Is Paid And My Balance Seems The Same. So Where Is The $ 8.49? It Should Go To My PayPal Balance Cause I Already Paid PayPal Being My Payment Method. I Hope You Understand What My Explanation.

I See It Says I Have A Current Balance Of $ 16.98 Which Were Sent By Finish Line. I Think That's The Refund Cause I Don't Owe Anything To PayPal Cause I Paid My Bill About A Month In Advance. But How Can I Use That $ 16.98? Where Do I Retrive It From?  It Isn't In Added Into My Balance Nor On My PayPal Mastercard..... I'm Very Confused.
