Refund

I received a refund from my friend on 07/07/16 to my paypal.

on my paypal page account show that i got +430£ GBP back

the detail said that it's will go in my credit  card or bank account 

i got only the number of the refund but I didn't got the money return yet

I've check with my bank and no refund has been made!!

If you funded the original paypal payment to the seller with a debit or credit card then it won't go back to your paypal balance.

Once marked as completed it will automatically go back to your bank account or credit card but takes up to a week to process through to the bank and a bit longer for a c.c (paypal say allow 30 days but I have never waited longer than a week for mine).

I guess it's all complete just wondering 

why the paypal show me the refund statement 

but I didn got  any payment back to my credit card or bank account yet.

They have ''completed'' the process of refunding you but it takes a few days / week to hit your bank account or card.

We get the same question all the time on here, it would be helpful if paypal actually emailed folks when they say you have been refunded with that information wouldn't it.
