Ebay sent me a refund on Oct 29. Paypal said it was held, then completed. but the refund is no where to be found. i payed with my bank account that is directly connected to paypal. there is no balance in my paypal account, so it's not just sitting there. there is also no refunds from paypal to my bank account.
The funds would be in your PayPal Account Balance if you did receive anything. Unfortunately no one here can look at user account details, all we can do is guess. For example, is your eBay and PayPal Account linked properly, i.e., same email address used for both accounts. You may need to contact customer support direct as they can view account info.
