Hi, I recently bought what I thought was a car dock for my phone from a lady I know. She thought her old phone was the same as mine. It turns out that it was the international model so therefore it is not compatible. It was an honest mistake anyone could make. Luckily her son realized that it wasn't the correct one before she mailed it to me. She doesn't trust online buying (old school) so by my advice, she setup a new PayPal account. My account is verified. Hers is pending because its new. Its been ages since my account was new so I had no idea of this. We would like to refund it back to my paypal account. She was about to do it but then she called to ask, since it is pending, how long it would take and if there would be a better option...such as the send to friend/family option. She didnt want to make matters worse. I found what I need but I need this refund to get it and hopefully in time. I appreciate any help. JH
