Problems with the paypal debit account not finding my funds

when I log into the prepaid site to move money from My paypal I get this error - Error obtaining your PayPal account available balance. Please try again.- I have been trying for hours to move the money but i keep getting that. is the site down or something? How can i fix this?

Suggest contacting customer support and ask them to take a look. Issues like this unfortunately can't be resolved thru the forum.
