hello guys, im from greece and im trying to buy shoes from size.co.uk but the moment i press the complete button using ebay a message box appears saying that the transaction is denied either by the card owner or the site. Is there something wrong with my paypal settings or is it because of the capital controls system here in greece. please answer thanks!
I'm based in Turkey and I am having the same issue too! I have tried purchasing on three different websites. All say the same. I have more than enough funds in my account. I also started receiving messages from customers. They can not purchase from my online shop with paypal too! What's happening?
