Problem when try buy on online shops

Hi

i already have money on my paypal balance !

I'm having a problem when finishing a buy in an online shop. After I click the pay button I'm redirected to the funding options page with option of paying by Credit card ! and not my paypal balance !

i dont want this ! i want to pay by my paypal balance !!

i have a verified paypal account

so plz help !

are you able to change your funding source at the time of payment? If not, do you have enough in your current PayPal balance to cover the whole transaction?

i have enough money on my paypal balance for this ! i cant change my funding as they show me just my credit card when shopping

You should contact PayPal's customer support and explain to them the issue you are having. They should be able to rectify the problem for you.
