Permanently pay with credit card?

I've been getting emails stating that I about to hit my "initial PayPal spending limit" and need to verify my account by providing bank account info.  Does this mean that after a certain point you can no longer use a credit card?

Chitwood-

Welcome to the forums!

To answer your question, not exactly. 🙂

On every PayPal account there's a limit on how much you can send through it before we're required to verify who's using us, or at least verifying who better than we did when you first signed up.

We do this by having you add and confirm your bank or applying for a PayPal credit product (if applicable).  Once you have one of those two on board (or both depending :)), your sending limit will be lifted.  At this point you can still continue using your credit card; the only difference is our system is designed to use your bank first.  You'll just need to change from the bank to your card before completing your payment.

Before completing your payment, it will recap who it's going to, where it's getting shipped to, and most importantly where the money's coming from.  Since it will be the bank, you'll want to click a little link above there that says 'Change'.  From here you can select your card.

Hope that answers your questions!
