Paypal won't let me link my bank account

I am typing in all of the correct information however paypal is stating that the transit number and institution number are incorrect. What do I do when I know it is? How do I argue with bad code?

What country you are in.

What countries paypal account you have.

What countries bank account you are trying to link.

Type of bank account.

Is it a bank account paypal accepts.

Have you ever had it linked to another paypal account before.

etc etc etc.

I'm assuming you're adding Canadian Bank to a Canadian PayPal account since ,transit number and institution number are for canadian bank accounts. call your bank to verify the numbers
