I was trying to make payment for an eBay item with my registered Visa card which I used before and paid wit it without any problem and I have enough fund in it, but every time nwo I try to make payment I got error message says there is problem in my Visa Card 3 digit number
I realized also that Paypal has not sent me the Confirmation code to my email which is needed to verify the account
When I called my Bank they told me that since the 2nd of May this year Paypal has problem with some cards include mine and the nature of the problem is that Paypal doesn't issue the 3 digit security code properly hence no payment could be done nor the verification could be done
Now this is unacceptable as I cannot make payment for anything so my paypal account is useless
Can you please advice if/wehn this problem be fixed and can you do something so I can pay this week for my item which its seller waiting for me , I would like urgent response and resolution for this
