No real answers. All lies. Its our money they are making money off of and yet they lie and lie to us. To deprive of us something we pay for and our money is illegal and they will be held responsible for this. I nowvhave missed my rent payment so now have a 100$ late fee. OK yes I could use another way to transfer money but how I do my funds is my business. Im paying. Or WE ARE PAYING FOR A SERVICE WE CANNOT USE!!!! if I could get a real answer and not some bs run around I'd be a lot happier. But I'm sitting here with 4,000$ I can't use instantly while someone collects interest off of me. This is the problem with non american companies taking advantage of us over and over and over. I'm sick of it and will be taking legal action if this is not corrected ASAP. And they can't fix a website issue(if there even is a issue, my bet is its just disabled to draw more interest off our money) so I doubt they have a lawyer worth a dam. Emails have already been sent to many national news stations and internet news sources talking about PayPal taking advantage and lieng to us. If they could just treat us. The ones who pay their bills and put food on their tables. Like human being and show consideration we people would be more understanding. I've had enough. Just like we all have. And I don't cry wolf.

They can't even answer forum topics. Or post on website of the issue. Which means they are hiding something or not even working on it. Must be hard to get paid by us to sit and lie on the phone all day. Go figure. We are paying over seas cave living habeebs to sit and take advantage of us. Srry I'm being rude but I've been talked down to on the phone for 3days. Hung up on multiple times and lied to. And I haven't once been rude

I agree, I've been very patient with them and even more so when every person I talked to said the exact same thing....Putting a notice of some sort on the site would be nice. Or even an alert as to when it is back on or some type of notice as to when they expect it to be up at the latest... or anything at all...

I haven't been able to do anything these past few days because of this....and transferring the money a different way would make sense now in hindsight because I probably would have gotten it today if I requested it on Monday night when I first encountered this problem.

But how could I have known 3 days in that the Instant Transfer isn't working. Now it makes no sense to withdraw because I'd probably get it Monday and they are saying it will be up tomorrow now....so frustrating.

I hate complaining but this is getting really irritating.

well they've been saying it will be up tomorrow for three days now lol.  I've been considering if I should do it the long way too.  Someone on here said they got it in six hours, but it's not a risk I'm willing to take.  I desperately need to get food as well and told them I haven't eaten for two days now.  They just didn't care.

Doesn't matter what other ways there is for us. This is a option we have and pay for. Paypal has a high monthly charge compared to other prepaid cards. I don't have a bank account but that's no bodies business but my own. How hard is it to be honest. And sad thing is with sooo many different responses that shows they just don't care. They have their money why rush to get ours. Because we can't go anywhere we are stuck. This is my only way to get my funds from PayPal but after this I AM NO LONGER A PAYPAL CUSTOMER. And everyone one I know will be leaving also. All my customers/friends/family etc.. Treat ppl like trash you will end up being treated like trash

I am hoping everyone has the same atttitude. I have already set up my google wallet account and am waiting for my card. Paypal has lost my business as well. Not because they have some sort of problem, but because they have shown they just don't care about their customers... they think they are too big to be bothered with us little people.

I got a reply to the email I sent, allegedly from a person even. My situation is slightly different but does still involve instant transfers. I was told that " instant" transfers take 5 days. Say what? I now have money stuck in limbo and another overdraft fee coming. Thanks PayPal, you're the best. They didn't even bother to answer my question regarding why they don't pull from attached prepaid cards BEFORE nailing your bank account. They claim they do, but I can say with certainty that they don't, hence my looming overdraft fee. Yay.

It appears that these funds are not covered by the FDIC like Google Wallet is.  Is anybody going to help us with this? WHY IS NOBODY RESPONDING?
